Mugaa

Mugaa and 410 partnered with each other in 2020. The name, Mugaa, was derived from the indigenous acacia tree. These trees survive in arid and semi-arid areas. They cleared the land to start farming. Mugaa is located in a hilly terrain. The main crops are maize, beans, and potatoes. Members also raise livestock for their livelihood. Because of the hills, it is difficult to use motorized vehicles across this community. Most families own donkeys to help transport water, firewood and produce.
